I was referring to the general music press and the dinosaur music establishment (Whispering Bob Harris & Rick Wakeman etc.) Only a few journalists were on side originally, Nick Kent, who had rehearsed with them, Caroline Coon & Jonh Ingham. Allan Jones the editor of Uncut assured me back in 77 that the playing on Anarchy was by John Wetton on bass and Chris Spedding on gtr, which was obviously untrue, tho Spedding had produced some demo's. We can blame McLaren for lots of things but not that! Regards/
