    The discussion about it just starts here (it was late at night at the time of the decision), but it seems that there's a huge majority who feels ashamed about it.

    A typical comment from the discussion at the Spiegel forum:

    "Germany is world champion in any dealings with Gaddafi, without scruple, all the weapons supplied to him which he wanted. Now if the people of Libya to be helped in his struggle for freedom must, there is nothing but doubts. This inability of Foreign fag our nation in the same moral level as China and Russia, who are anything but democracies."
