JB Hi-Fi Loses Christmas Cheer

There was an article in the Herald-Sun the other day comparing the price of CD's worldwide in $Aus. The recommended price here is $27 while in the US it was 8 or 9 and in Germany it was $11. 
Any wonder that people are buying over the internet or heaven forbid using services such as this?
