Once again Noam tells it like it is, "a planned assassination, multiply violating elementary norms of international law." It appears there was no plan to take him alive for a trial because they have little evidence. I guess its most likely he did have a case to answer but why not a trial, even the nazis were given that in Nuremberg. Its all about perceptions and the winners write history don't they!
