    have you tried the new e-cig things? i find the adverts for them to be completely obnoxious, but it is just vaporized nicotine, no smoke, and so would seem to be less toxic. the patch helped me quit. twice, ha. but have been without any nicotine for 6 years now. can't smoke the blunts with my mates, though!
