Olivetti's 'Valentine' typewriter

One of THE design classics of the twentieth century. 

The typewriter was designed by Olivetti's Perry King and Ettore Sottsass (who later went on to form The Memphis Group)

Although not a commercial success at the time it has now a part of the design collection of such museums as New York's The Met and MOMA and Melbourne Museum

The typewriter was also featured in Alex's bedroom in the film of A Clockwork Orange
