Japanese media artist Kazuhiko Hachiya created “Nuclear Boy,” an cartoon that explains his country’s current nuclear reactor crisis to children. The troubled Fukushima plant is played by Nuclear Boy, and the threat of a catastrophic meltdown is represented by his stomach upset.
