Nick Cave on 'Ghosts of the Civil Dead'


In Roman law, a person convicted of a crime where the punishment included loss of their legal rights as a person was civiliter mortuus, a person without civil rights, a civil dead.

    So thats wher civil dead comes from,
    that movie is still the most disturbing movie
    I have seen. I went to the world premier which was in Brisbane as part of 4zzz's 15th year birthday I think. Something like that.
